Services OfferedWe provide premium airport transfer services between Budapest Airport and the city center. Our fleet includes luxury vehicles such as taxis, minibuses, and limousines to ensure a comfortable and professional travel experience.2. Booking and PaymentBooking Process: Clients must provide accurate information, including contact details, flight information, and transfer preferences.Payment Methods: We accept card payments, bank transfers, and cash upon arrival.Booking Confirmation: A confirmation email with a booking voucher will be sent upon successful booking.3. Cancellation and RefundsCancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time (for arrival transfers) or pick-up time (for departure transfers).Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the following cases:If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.If we fail to provide the service despite the client following the instructions in the voucher.Refunds will not be issued if clients fail to notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the transfer time.4. User ResponsibilitiesAccurate Information: Clients must provide accurate information to ensure smooth service.Booking Voucher: Clients must present their booking voucher, either printed or electronically.Confirmation: Clients must respond to our WhatsApp messages to confirm their attendance.No-Show Policy: If clients fail to show up without prior notification, no refund will be issued.5. Liability DisclaimerWe are not responsible for delays caused by road traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.We will inform clients of significant delays whenever possible.6. Force MajeureWe are not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.7. Age RestrictionsOnly adults aged 18 or above may book our services.8. Dispute ResolutionIn the event of a dispute, clients agree to resolve the matter through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, Hungarian law will govern the matter.9. Governing LawThese terms are governed by Hungarian and applicable EU regulations.
